Excellent food, great prices, nice atmosphere. Would 100% go again. I do think the main waiter with the glasses needs to be a little more polite to staff and colleagues
Food is really nice, definitely the best thing going for this place. We ate in and had pre booked. Restaurant was clean, well designed and laid out beautifully. It would have been a 5 but I think the Management needs a little more communication. The bar lady had drinks to go out but they weren’t being served, and there was a obvious squabble, and we did have to keep reminding them to bring certain things. This issue can be easily ironed out however so shouldn’t really be a long term thing… very excited to come back again with these improvements in place. Special consideration to a male waiter with a slim build and dark hair, his attention and care with our young girl was above and beyond!
The food was absolutely amazing- first class.The service was slow and terrible- an hour before we got our starter Parking: Parking was tight!
Food is amazing! Me and my husband have been twice in 1 week, service though..... the girls are wonderful but there is 1 male who is quite rude and abrupt which is why I gave 4 stars for service instead of 5, I asked for the bill which comes on a plate and he pretty much through it on the table to the point it made a loud noise, I felt embarrassed and disrespected, other than this it is a lovely place to go and the food truly is amazing.
5 of us are together last night 12/11/22 and the whole experience was spot on. Despite the place being ram jam full our welcome and service was 10/10 all night. Our party included a vegan who is a genuine bella born & bred Italian and she, like us, was over the moon with everything. The menu is extensive and more than suitable for all tastes. Starters, beautiful mains, sweets & drinks for us all at £30 per head was more than value for what we had. Finally I just want to say that the place was really busy all night but that didn't affect the quality & friendliness of the staff and service all night long. Thanks and we will be back
Food itself was really nice came out hot and very tasty, 3 family waitresses very polite, and chatty. Male waiter came across a bit rude and snobby. Overheard him telling one of girls how to do it right, maybe he should take a lesson off them. Other than that food was really nice I will go again in the future. Kid-friendliness: Waitress very polite to my daughter. Parking: Easy access
Really loved this place, classic Italian with a modern twist. Highly recommended a visit, the menu suits everyone. Great service too with friendly staff.
Food is really good. We took 3 kids with allergy requirements. When we turned up we were told we should have informed them before hand, but when I booked it nobody told me I needed to. When we asked for an allergen list, they couldn’t provide one, even though it’s law. The waitress I think head of house then argued with us to say this isn’t a requirement… “I’ve worked 15 years and I’ve never been required to show it”…and she didn’t have to provide it but could check. Next time we saw her suddenly she could cater for us and she also suddenly had loads of allergies herself! After I saw her talking to the chef who looked genuinely annoyed with the conversation. So yes, food is good, most wait staff were good, but it was a farce that could have been easily avoided without an argumentative front of house.
Great food and even nicer staff. Highly recommended.
2 courses for £10 happy hour midweek amazing value, great service too full to finish, boxed up and taken home
