Extremely poor experience with absolutely no empathy shown when they had trouble fulfilling a prescription due to the way the dr had written it. It was an urgent prescription and the lady was very visibly upset and stressed and they were totally uncompassionate and left her crying and carried on working - appalling and very disappointing service
Accidently forgot my face mask, was told once i apologised and put one on, another lady came from the back to tell me "its a health business and i need a face mask" Then another lady came from the back and i asked for medicine to help clear catarrh and this lady did not even know what catarrh was. In the end i did buy other things i needed either. Left feeling very irritated. Not a nice experience at all ! Would have been 1 star exect for the advise from the pharmacist
Lovely staff clearly a very busy branch but always make time for every customer. A very organised, efficient and professional team all around. Deliveries always prompt and sent out in good time especially considering workloads. Myself and my elderly mother absolutely cannot fault the team at Murrays on Church Street you are a real credit to the company.
The actual paharmacy is lovely with friendly polite staff, the one star is to reflect a particularly unhelpful and rude delivery person who literally throws medication at you on opening the door and leaves controlled drugs in an unlocked shed after it being specified it was unsafe…
My thanks to the Pharmacy team who helped me out, having left my med's at home during a weekend in Malvern. They got in touch with my doctor's surgery, organised a prescription, and within 15 minutes I had my pills. Thank you.
Very helpful pharmacist sorted my 3 week eye infection without having to bother doctor.
Very good service and price what more could you ask for.
