I had an excellent experience at Malvern Link Dental. The hygienist, Joseph Shalabi, was extremely professional, thorough, and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. He explained everything clearly and carried out the treatment with great care. The nurse who was present was also very professional, attentive, and reassuring, which made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. I had an emergency appointment with Ben yesterday which resulted in a tooth extraction, and I can’t thank the team enough. From reception to the dental chair, everyone was truly amazing. They went out of their way to put me at ease and checked in on me while the anesthetic was taking effect. The extraction itself was quick—less than 30 seconds—and I felt instant relief from the pain.nnThank you so much to the whole team for being so kind, supportive, and professional.
