This park combines modern style and wild nature. It is very well maintained. The morning and evening singing of birds is fascinating. Migratory birds find rest here. I recommend visiting this park and enjoying the rest in nature.
Lovely park for a stroll even in the wind and rain.. Gorgeous in the Autumn
Welcoming spring sunshine on walks with a chill of winter still in the air. Lovely Summer's here bringing flourishing growth, greenery wildlife and great views around. Hello Summer!
This is a fabulous park with lots of green space to relax. A lovely plat area for little one's. Play area for teenagers and young adults to play various ball games. A lake for the bird's and wildlife. A nature centre area with both a cafe and toilets for younger one's. Plenty of picnic benches !
Very big clean park, good for the whole family. Nice walk way with a massive pond that flows around the park.
***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *** Took kids out on a warm day, and it's a lovely day out. The playing area is nice for the toddlers. And just a relaxing walk for us all to be fair. Playground: Clean and well kept Picnic area: Lots of areas to have a picnic, majority of the park was clean but some parts you can tell people had a picnic as there was some rubbish left over. Please clean up after yourselves.
Really nice place for a walk. I live a few towns over and had never been. , there's a cafe and a large kids playground which is great. Loads of places to walk, several park areas and a wetland area. Limited toilet facilities and the car park is tiny though. Car parking is free for the 1st 3 hours and they got an attendant wandering around. Would definitely recommend.
A very peaceful environment. Free parking for 3 Hours but remember to display the ticket. There's a dog-friendly cafe with toilet inside in the park too. A perfect place for family and dog lovers.
End of school exams so massive attack of litter from ripped up school books, fast food wrappers smashed beer and wine bottles everywhere thanks school leavers young ecological champions. Would be a lovely park otherwise.. Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly except the paths are bike share and multiple cars and vans drive them. The parkridge environment centre sometimes parks 6 cars on the grass or more. In wet condition leaves a terrible muddy mess. So not always traffic free.
Beautiful and large park with lots of trails. It's actually 2 parks connected as one. The lake was beautiful with a shallow part for wading. The kids loved it. Picnic area: Everything you could possibly need to picnic. There are benches, acres of open field with trees, bins and yes the lake.
