Service is shocking, rung up and they left phone to do something else after answering. Often get things wrong. Aksed for a free bottle of coke as order over a certain price and instead they gave a free garlic bread and charged for the coke. They dont interpret what you say well on phone and are rude, neither did we get a pot of chilli.Food: 1/5
Used charcoal grill for years now and most of the time given them the benefit of the doubt on most occasions, but now its just a continuous joke. Ordered a chicken fillet sandwich with salad and pizza, pizza was cold but that's pretty normal, chicken fillet sandwich came with no salad which makes it as dry as ghandis flipflop, the buns could have still survived re-entry into earths atmosphere. £5.80 for that burger, the price doesn't reflect the quality at all And it just shows there is no care given whatsoever. And its not the first time. Unfortunately wont be using again. Try it for yourself.
Half the order missing nearly nearly 1 hour later than expected, the food wasn’t fit to be served to a dog, won’t ever be ordering from this place again .
Ordered 2 burgers and chips for me and a relative and they were absolutely spot on. Lovely fresh salad, burger patties of a good quality and the all important chips were nice and hot. I will order again.Food: 5/5
Absolutely disgusting food Pizza drier than a dessert due to over cooking Southern fried chicken the worst I've ever tried - greasy, burnt, zero flavour 100% won't ever be using again
WOW, we have just had chicken shish kebabs they were the best ever. Loads and loads of chicken breast. So much, that after we had finished we had a full lunch box of chicken left over. Garlic bread with cheese was delicious, lots of cheese. Free garlic bread too. Excellent, we won't go anywhere else now.
This place has recently changed hands and chef because and it shows. Before the toppings were measly, but now there's plenty. And tasty too! Plus the new pizza bases are gorgeous! It's definitely worth giving it go whether your a new customer or am old one that was disappointed before, because it's definitely changed for the better. I'd easily say the pizzas are 5 times better than they were!
It’s a real shame about this place. The food is really good but the service is terrible, even for return and regular customers often missing items and more than two hours to deliver and there is never ever an apology.Food: 4/5
Order a donner burger with no cheese and it turned up with cheese on now my son can not eat it as he can not have cheeseFood: 1/5
Ordered for the first time from here yesterday. Had 2 pizzas and got a complimentary garlic bread. The best I ever had so far!
