Stayed at the hotel and had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Food was very good, great service and beautiful environment, notice many couples on dates at dinner and family celebrations.Food: 5/5
We had dinner at the restaurant and we were very pleased and impressed with the venue itself, the food and the staff. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the waitress but she was lovely, friendly and chatty and deserves 10*. The food was good but I would say they are a bit on the pricy side. We had a few cocktails you only have 2 choices here, you either go for the £10 ones or the £12 ones which were good and with a nice presentation. The dishes had a lovely presentation and was really good. The only issue I had was the chicken breast that I added to my salad salad which was delicious with a good combination of flavours and nice dressing. The chicken breast had way too much oregano on it or at least I believe it was oregano and it made the breast to lose all its flavour and all I could taste was the bitterness of the seasoning. In the morning we had breakfast, eggs Benedict which were super and the veggie breakfast which was a bit of a disappointment, given the fact that you could pay £22 for one it is definitely at least double the price of what you actually get, but we had the continental breakfast which was good and fresh. All credit to Mel and Tirso who were lovely and very caring. Overall it was good and I must say the staff here are definitely some of the friendliest we ever meet. Vegetarian options: A bit disappointed with the veggie breakfast.
The wine was quite over priced with the quality that you got. The area was not so clean with food crumbs on the seating and stains on the floor.Food: 3/5
Try the valentine’s special dishes with cocktails and lobster. The portions are generous and the meat is very fresh and tender. Especially the seafood is delicate and juicy. The sauce of shrimp and scallops for the starter is more Mexican, a little spicy and salty but not overpowering. The truffle fries are crunchy, without the truffle bits on the top but the truffle flavour incorporated into the fries. Dessert is toffee Creme pudding, which is a bit sweet but goes well with ice cream. A very filling and satisfying dinner. The waiters are very friendly and patience.
Beautiful atmosphere, food was lovely I had the soup, roast chicken and finished with mango sorbet. Beautiful location overlooking the millennium Bridge! Waiting staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for dinner date or out with friends in a posh environment at reasonable prices. We will be back again soon. Thank you for your service. Parking: There's a public and private parking nearby in a multi storey.
This was my first time staying and I loved every minute amazing staff, beautiful room, comfy bed and delicious breakfast what's not to love. Especially like the little touches like lavender spray for your pillows and Nespresso coffee machine in room Food: 5/5
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Chez. The food was entirely enjoyable, the service was friendly and efficient and the atmosphere pleasant amidst a boutique styled restaurant.

Absolutely gorgeous food. First time we've ate in the resteraunt but not our first stay in the Malmaison. We've a weekend booked at the hotel this weekend and our table is booked already : Highly recommend.
The food at this place is absolutely fantastic and the staff were amazing. Very detailed about allergies, I was shocked to discover that somehow my wife was sick, fish allergy, they appeared to take all precautions so I don’t know how or who’s to blame but it happened. I was a lovely evening before it was ruined by that sickness. The view would be lush but there was scaffolding up so kinda a shame but that can’t be helped.
