Excellent company.  Very reliable, hard working and trustworthy.  I have used Malkin Electrical Ltd for many years for all types of electrical work in my rental properties.  They have undertaken complete re-wires, installed kitchen and bathroom extractor fans, carried out inspection and tests and expertly and efficiently attended to all general electrical repairs and faults.
They are highly recommended.

Malkin Electrical were fantastic from start to finish with the rewire for our house. From a prompt estimate to getting the job done speedily but most importantly to a high standard. I would strongly recommend Richard and his team; a great local company you can fully trust.

Absolutely appalling - avoid these people if you can! I took the day off work so they could fit some lighting in my flat, but they never showed up. The owner insists they came round but I wasn't in ... although I was in the flat all morning. When I asked Richard Malkin why no one had thought to ring me, it emerged he'd never bothered to write my number down. He was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone, but seemed to think I might like to rebook with them next week! Not likely...
