WOW! just wow. Marta was amazing. She is extremely talented and a sweetest person I've ever met. What she did to my hair was a magic. It's my graduation day and she nailed it. The service they provide is amazing and they definitely earned a permanent customer today. I'm extremely happy and it's worth every penny.
Marta is fantastic! She cut my hair with care rather than rushing through like other hairdressers usual do; she explain aftercare routine for my damaged hair and she’s detail oriented . Thank you Marta for helping me to look my best over the past few years ; can’t wait my next appointment
They overcharged my daughter and did not do what was asked. She wanted full head highlights which was paid for and got half head and wanted caramel highlights got ginger yellow colour. Called twice to complain and visited salon once got told manager will call me back. Still not heard anything back 3 weeks later. Terrible customer service.
Really really good service, I got a free tea or coffee every time I go there. I went there a couple of times and I was so happy with every treatment I go. I had a perm here and it did not pick up on the underneath of my hair I was told because it was blonder than the top. It was really bad I had to go home and straighten my hair again with another solution, overall my hair was completely damaged and dry now and I had a family party to go to that weekend. When I complained via Instagram I was told they couldn’t do anything other than offer a free haircut or hair treatment but I live two hours in total from the salon. They didn’t offer anything else or to send the treatment to me.
I had my appointment with Marta on 16th of December. She has dyed my hair. I have asked for permanent colour, i was assured that this is what she will add. One week later, all the colour that she added has camed off. I have paid almoat £200 for all- hair colour, hair mask/treatment and haircut and to be left a week later with just some traces of the new hair colour.

If I could give zero stars I would do in this case. Zero professionalism from the staff, eating while checking the foils and not speaking any basic level of English which made it impossible to communicate. Less to say that the results where shocking as the hair looks yellow and not at all what it was asked and payed for. To top it all they use heavily photoshopped and many filters to mask the horrible yellow hair at the end. Avoid at all costs if you value your hair and time.

The lady didn’t cut my hair nicely, she thinned it too much without my permission. DO NOT GO HERE.
