just so everyone is aware , when you are told by your council that as you are the only one in your property they will change this to single person occupancy and will back date this to the time the second person left this is not the case they will still charge you , as i am now told no refund and you have to apply for this yourself , maybe the council could advise people of this or train their staff better but maybe they can not

Maldon fairfield carpark ....all the shrubbery should be cut back...as you come round to approach carpark blind spot very dangerous..good little carpark into shops.

The maldon Council should have there own department for taxi licencing bcz chelmsford Council is not helpful

It's impossible to talk to anyone who isn't just on front desk, they have no power to help but always seem to be against putting you through to anyone who can help. Makes you wonder why they need such a big building if the only person available to the public is the one person who can't do anything.

I posted a 2 star review earlier today re MDC online website usage then I finally got through today on the phone to them to a lovely phone advisor after clicking option 7 instead of the departments I actually needed to go through to.nnI am so glad I picked that phone option as Yvonne hope correct spelling of her name was so nice and helpful, she explained a few things to me and was kindly forwarding on my query to the depts , she pulled up on her screen all my info I'd previously provided to MDC so that made me happier that they actually had recieved the info provided a month ago to them.  All in all a very positive friendly chat with her so 5 stars to her today from me
