Would like to take my hat off to Mr Shoaib Ali. He dealt with our enquiry from start to finish with a great deal of patience and enthusiasm. There was a lot of going back and forward (on our side) however Mr Ali was extremely sympathetic and accommodating ensuring we had the complete package required to our specifications. Furthermore we had an issue after our flights had departed however Mr Ali came to the rescue and resolved our dilemma, something which we are forever grateful for. I do not think I would book another tour from any other agency in future after this wonderful experience.

We bought visas, which were reasonably priced. The documents required for the visa were made clear and once sent the visas arrived quickly. If we had any questions all we had to do was pick up the phone (our advisor was named Hafiz Mansoor-he was very helpful). All in all, applying and receiving the visa was easy and smooth.

This was our second time traveling with Makkah Tours as our agents. Our travel consultant Saqib put together an amazing package, which not only was affordable but perfect in every way from the flights to transfers and accommodation. We cannot thank him enough for his insightful knowledge and advice throughout. This is definitely one of the most honourable companies we have come across and would not hesitate to use them again on our next trip Inshallah. Thank you Saqib.

Even though I was very worried before going to my ummrah trip. Saqib one of the customer advisors, reassured me that everything will be fine and had been dealt with from his side. Thank God that when I went through my spiritual journey, everything was fine and went well. I would like to thank 7 continents travel and Saqib for their help and I made sure I prayed for Saqib whilst I was there. I will definitely be booking with you again God willing, thank you once again.

I bought an Umrah package for myself and my family from Brother Iftkhar. The price was the cheapest compared other companies. The service was also very great - Brother Iftikhar was very honest and understanding and made sure I got the best deal. Anytime I had any queries, he would explain in the best way. Thanks for the great service! I have actually recommended to my family and friends.
