She had items for over a month and didn't get around to them. Had to come back four times to be told they weren't ready and told they would be at a later date, only for them to not be ready again. Four times. No apology, no phonecall, nothing. Do NOT go here for alterations. Dry cleaning was done swiftly, but I would never give business to someone who outright lies to one's face. Cannot be trusted.
Always happy with any alterations done.
