Try before you buy, how could you go wrong? Staff dead helpful and knowledgeable.  A great way to buy wine and get involved in selection rather than buying blind from some plonker at Laithwaites.

Visited this store last year , for our Christmas wine,and had fantastic service. Visited again  this year and the service was terrible. We actually walked out. What a shame.
