Great choice of wines and beers but most of all the staff are superb. Customer service at its best. Always a friendly warm welcome, advice on tap when you need it and an offer to carry wines to car. 10/10

Good range of wines and spirits at a competitive price

Exceptional selection of wines on offer and all very well arranged in store. Staff really know their stuff. On my great first visit I enjoyed a selection of lovely tasters and also gathered lots of new wine knowledge. Came away with two of the nicest wines I've ever tasted, at a very reasonable price. I just wish I'd discovered this place sooner. Love it.

Had 2 fairly large orders both of which came next day. Customer service is great and i will use them again.

Went for a wine tasting event which was great! Really good size taster portions. Information they gave out was interesting! One of my original party couldn't come, but they swapped the ticket over to a different event so I didn't lose out, so excellent service. All round great experience!

I love this little wine and other beverage store! The choice is vast and the staff is extremely nice and help you find what you're looking for. If you don't know what you're looking for staff will definitely suggest something new to try. For anyone who want just a little bit more than your usual supermarket wine variety...

Great selection of wines, sensibly organised and fairly priced. Staff are knowledgeable without being pushy or forceful. Store is compact enough to allow you to quickly browse the full range on offer.

Terrible first-time experience with Majestic Wine. I ordered six bottles of wine, which arrived smashed so I refused to take them. The second time they arrived in a damaged, opened box.  On top of this, even though my payment was shown as being 'paid', a month after placing my order I received an email demanding payment. I phoned Majestic Wine's customer service number and was greeted by a very condescending member of staff. I made a card payment over the phone as instructed, after being told the first payment had passed it's authorisation date. I will definitely be checking my bank statement very closely. I have never before came across such an usual payment system.  I strongly recommend you avoid Majestic Wine at all costs!

Great service. Free tastings. Great selection. This place did our first ever proper tasting with food pairings for free too. Totally got me into wine!

Unless you're prepared to remortgage your house for an evening's tipple, avoid. The craft beer selection is extortionately priced and you can rarely purchase less than 6 bottles in one go. You would think this would make it less expensive as you're buying in bulk, but no. Do yourself a favour and walk 20 feet across the car park to Sainsbury's or, better still, cross the road and pop into the Brandling Villa for a pint instead.
