Great customer service this afternoon at Majestic Uttoxeter. Such friendly and knowledgeable staff every time we visit.
Very friendly staff with great knowledge of the products in store. I don't know a huge amount about wine & the staff here offered advice without being condescending and seemed genuinely excited & enthusiastic about the wines. Seems a strange thing to say but it was a really enjoyable & entertaining experience to chat with guys. Definitely come here again!
Great experience with these guys recently. We had ordered some wine for our postponed wedding and have had to move things around a lot - the staff were incredibly helpful with all the changes and very proactive, couldn’t ask for more. Got the wine delivered now - just hope it doesn’t get drunk before the wedding!
Great service offered! We visited the store today looking for some wine for a gift. The gentleman who we dealt with was more than attentive! He offered a sample of the wine and also picked all 6 bottles of wine himself from the store for us! Brightened up what was otherwise a wet and dreary day! Many thanks for your service!
Helpful and friendly staff, free tasting of wines and reasonable prices that become good prices if you buy six or more why wouldn't you?. I had a voucher, which made the prices great! They even carry your purchases to your car! Proper customer service.
Everything you expect from a Majestic. Good selection of wines though limited spirits selection. The staff friendly, helpful and informative; even found a chair for my dad to rest whilst I looked around and they carried our purchases to the car.
This company i would highly recommend. Ordered Wednesday afternoon and delivered Thursday morning. Very good service indeed. A company worth using. Excellent service.
