Great local Majestic, knowledgeable staff and friendly environment. Big supporter of local manufacturers and producers. Highly recommend one of their tasting evenings, great wine and a little food is a great start to the weekend
The shop was light, bright with a warm welcome. I was served by Tara who was excellent. Her product knowledge was first class, when I told her my favourite wine so far she gave me a lovely selection of wines to choose from. I am very impressed- well done Tara. I had a wine in my concierge box which I didn't like, it was not a problem swopping it a wine that I would like.
Because I was going out I left a note on door. They delivered wine. Did not take down note. When I arrived back no wine. I did ask to be informed when wine would be delivered but nobody rang so I left note. They arranged to redeliver but I asked for a phone call first. They phoned just as I was on my way out so I told them to forget it. They are refusing to refund my money so we have to go through the whole pantomime again. Communication is the secret of any good business.
Lovely staff - really know their wines and were so helpful because I don't. They gave me excellent recommendations for white, red and sparkling wines.
Matt and his team are helpful, professional and always friendly. I can't say enough how hard working and enthusiastic he and his team are and I go out of my way to purchase wines from this particular branch. Don't get me wrong, most of Majestic Wine Warehouse's outlets are good but this one is a great size and a good layout. Do try their tasting table and DO ask Matt's advice. They introduced me to 'Makers Mark Bourbon Whiskey' and a truly stunning 'Finca Carelio' spanish red which is easily a £15 a bottle wine - just £6.66 at Majestic. How do they do it buying power...? !

Broad selection of wines with an equally broad range of prices Clear markings on the floor to manage social distancing. Pleasant an helpful staff.
Majestic have always provided a good range of wines at reasonable prices and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Banbury in particular stands out as one of the best branches that I have visited.
