Their wine may be good but their home delivery service needs improving. 2 boxes were delivered to a special friend. They both arrived in a damaged state and both boxes were open! The personal 'message' was typed on the delivery note and contained several typo's. Very disappointing for a company like Majestic.

It was epic. Keen English pricing, quality advice and help from staff who were able to work out what we were looking for from our vague descriptions. All set for Christmas now!
it is always a pleasure to shop here. Staff are polite, helpful, and knowledgable, but best of all, unintrusive, allowing you to shop at your own pace. Information provided on each range is helpful and informative allowing you to identify which products are most likely to suit your palate and budget. The staff are always happy to take purchases out to your vehicle, and always seem cheerful. All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable shopping exoperience.
Had an amazing visit, your colleague gav was extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us helping us choose the right wine for one of the parties birthdays. Really made our visit special and cant wait to revisit next time we are in the area, you have converted all of us to majestic customers
Absolutely first class service, polite and accurate, the Berwick Majestic staff linked to their distant colleagues in Chippenham, who delivered spot on-time for a Wedding, which thanks to the Majestic sale or return system, did not run out of drinks on the hottest day of the year- despite our best efforts! We were able to give away some gifts, and then Majestic in Chippenham collected the remainder, and sent a refund advice note the same day! We will be back!
