We are from Canada and visited Macclesfield Majestic three weeks ago and could not have received better or more informed customer service. We tasted several wines and came away with great purchases. The staff really know their stuff and the service is excellent. We had a debit card issue and accidently got charged twice - it was not the fault of Majestic but they sorted it out the minute we raised the issue. The staff here are EXCELLENT and made our visit to Macclesfield
Always get a warm welcome and friendly service from all knowledgable staff.
Good service wide choice offers and good wines
Excellent customer service from all the staff we dealt with. We needed glass hire as well as drinks and they were extremely helpful. Highly recommend for anyone holding a party or other event at home.
Good range of wines at a good price with excellent service. They do wine tasting and can advise on what you might like. They even colour code the shelves to help you. Beer range is not what it was in terms of price or choice. They have a wide range of gin too. Plenty of parking and they helped us carry to the car.
Alex, Joe and the team are a friendly, polite and knowledgeable set of professionals making purchasing wine a pleasure. The selection is vast and accommodates all price brackets and tastes. Try the Definition range for superb quality wine at a realistic price.
Very wide selection of wines for all budgets. Shop is well organised and stock is displayed clearly. Discounts available if you purchase six bottles. Staff are very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Great shopping experience.
The staff really know their stuff. If you can describe what you like, you'll come away happy. Prices offer good value, particularly if you follow the offers. That said, if you're just looking for bargain booze and aren't particularly interested in what it tastes like, stick to Tesco. But don't ignore Aldi/Lidl. They have some cracking bargains from time to time.
James who helped me today listened to all my preferences and made some excellent suggestions. He was courteous, friendly and very helpful. He left me confident I will enjoy my selection.
Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have used them before. Good value on case purchases.
