Great choice, competitive prices, very helpful and friendly staff
First time customer, massively impressed with the service received. I ordered online and visited the store to collect, whilst there I purchased a couple of additional crates of lager. The guy serving could see that I walk with a stick and quite slowly due to disability. Without me even asking he immediately offered to carry everything out and load into the car for me. These little touches me a lot to disabled customers, it turns apprehension into reassurance. Majestic will definitely get repeat business for me, the guy serving on the afternoon of 12th September should be commended, he delivered a fantastic first impression of your company.
Massive selection of interesting drinks you won't find in an average supermarket. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're planning an event like a birthday or wedding as the prices for bulk buys are great.

Well hidden gem, very few people i spoke to were aware of its existence. The staff were friendly and attentive but not overly so allowing me to explore their range without being pushy and the lady i spoke to was knowledgeable about the wine's and let me know about tasting evenings and offered to provide tasting notes for my selection. The gentleman anticipated my needs due to a promotion they had in store for a free bottle of prosecco. Definitely worth a visit.
Left tried and tested Christmas wines at home so needed to buy replacements. Everything went so smoothly once we got there. I was given advice on wines, tried the red and suggestions made for others. Happy to have got wine, I think will be enjoyed, quickly yet unrushed manner on the Saturday before Christmas.
As always the staff were friendly and helpful. They guided us to wines we were looking for and suggested others we might like. Always a pleasure to go there and buy their great wines.
Only one member of staff serving when I visited. Displays had all moved, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. Stock levels low, and products not available. Disappointing visit.
Quirky, friendly staff who REALLY know their stuff. We look forward to coming back here each time we pass through. We have had some fantastic recommendations from the guys here and have learned a lot too. Thank you guys
Friendly, very helpful staff and excellent selection of wines at reasonable prices. Also beers and ciders available. An enjoyable shopping experience.
