Great in store service. Faultless. However I'd give one star for the website. For months my account has been flakey to say the least.
Excellent service and a great choice of wines. I prefer deep reds with a full body, and they never disappoint. They can also recommend wines to try, which usually prove to be tasty alternatives to the usual. They also signed me in to their 'lock' system, which enables me to keep the price lower than the major supermarkets, for much better quality wines; a great result.
Do not like the re design of the store! Much smaller. Not sure how many times i have to say that I do not require assistance. Staff mix and match with their PPE. One day in a mask, the next a face shield only. A face shield is not to replace a mask but to compliment whilst using a mask. One chap always trying to appear very busy and important whilst serving on the tills. Taking phone calls on his mobile and deliveroo orders whilst barking recommendations to other shoppers. Scanned some of my bottles twice when he served me as too busy answering his mobile and faffing about - thankfully picked up on this before paying. Do not ask if you would like tasting notes anymore or if you are registered. 3 negative experiences - I have now stopped using Majestic due to the staff on site. Their wine is a nice change from the usual waitrose offerings so a shame that it is let down by their employees.
I rocked up this evening with very limited knowledge of wines. The first staff I meet asked if I need any help, I said yes my wife is cooking roast pork, what do you recommend? He steered me to a bottle of red around £12, it was amazing and the best bottle of wine I’ve ever had with pork. Wow, just wow... 5* for these guys! Will definitely be back.
Dropped in today to buy a bottle of gin. They didn't have any Bombay Sapphire, but did have a wide selection of brands I was less familiar with. The staff member who served me was helpful and even offered the chance to taste them sadly I had to decline as I was driving. I bought a bottle of their "Definition" gin, an exclusive brand for the store. It was wonderful. So, overall impression: great selection, great prices, wonderful service.

A good place to stock up on booze. Very convenient to pick up pre ordered stuff. Staff was helpful and carried the order all the way to my parked car and put it in the boot.
All good. Young lady serving was very helpful and she even gave me my £20 voucher discount even though I didn't bring the right paperwork..
Super experience at this Majestic. Super helpful and knowledgable and reasonable prices. Hired glasses etc and that all worked smoothly also. Thank you
Went in to drop a DPD parcel, ended up going home with 6 bottles of excellent wine. Staff were wonderfully friendly and very help full
