The staff in the restaurant were lovely but it was so cold we had to eat our lunch with our coats on. The young lady that served us in the shop was so helpful I would give her a gold star, the shop was also cold. I would suggest to the person who is responsible for running the shop that they keep the heating on even at a low temperature over the holiday season.

The sales assistant managed to take down my order incorrectly (I received a smaller sized bed than ordered), but they didn't miss when billing for the larger size... Add in that it took two and a half months to arrive in the first instance, i now have to wait a further three weeks(!). No attempt made to pacify me, just 'Sorry'. 
Very disappointed.

Welcoming cafe with friendly staff. Its got a contemporary modern feel and tasty food.
