Very disappointing company to have bought a vehicle off. The warranty was mis sold & couldn’t be used onward in my name after the purchase.nProblems then ensued with the head lights, electric windows, & no usable warranty in my name. Now the engine is knocking with a big crank shaft issue or possible engine rebuild. Near on £8,500 of unwanted costs in the first year of ownership. The vehicle has only done 52,000 miles as of December 2024! The owners of Main Rd, Hallow have just run a country mile from the issues whilst I incur all these on going repair costs now.nThe vehicle purchase has been a disaster from this company!
Brilliant customer service, went to look at an Audi a4 for sale. They were very knowledgeable and informative, and was able to get me on a test drive promptly. Decided on keeping my car for a couple more years, butnthis will be the first place I look for when swapping my car out in the future. Moreover the cars are all expertly valeted to a hight standard. Excellent after service. Had a problem with my Jag XE, unfortunately jaguar supplied a faulty part which caused a variety of ongoing issues which were difficult to diagnose. However, they continued to pursue it until fixed. Would definitely buy from here again.
