I went into the shop to send a money payment. The taller man working there who seemed to be the manager was so rude and difficult to deal with I ended up leaving and walking away speechless. I almost wished I've given him a piece of my mind, but I don't know what was going on in his personal life at the time, but I could only hope he doesn't treat everyone this way. I will never return and will use another service provider. Having lived in Weybridge for 11 years, I've never had comparable treatment anywhere locally!!!

Very rude staff. Called for a quote and was told that I should give details and they will pick up stuff and then halfway through they will give quote.  Obviously this makes no sense as a quote should be given before a job is booked but the staff member didn't want to listen, instead kept cutting me off and arguing with me. He then proceeded to tell me to email and that I didn't know what I was talking about then slammed phone on me.

I have used Mailboxes Etc. in Weybridge for almost 3 years and they are very efficient, friendly, honest and helpful and I recommend them.

I will never go there again. Awful treatment. The two impolite gentlemen working there treated me with disrespect and the scans came out stretched and folded. Not to mention the prices that, due to the lack of competition in the area, make you want to have a seat or lean on something and don't hope for a glass of water... you're not gonna get it.
