Fantastic garden centre and cafe they got a large children's play a big sand pit under cover we were on holiday and called in for coffee a we bought things as well the Christmas section was brilliant they had a big light up nutcracker which my daughter wanted but we would not been able to get it in the car
We were looked after by Deanna, she was so lovely and definitely a credit to the company, I had lots of questions to which she answered without hesitation, she was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We Will definitely be going back to upgrade our tank soon thank you Deanna.

Very helpful staff. 9/10 times I go in it is Kieran that serves us. Very well stocked. Staff are very helpful and know what they are talking about. I started off with a BiOrb for my 2 goldfish which I got from maidenhead aquatics. The fish. After about a month I upgraded to a 3 foot 128 litre tank which I bought from them, cabinet included. Decided I also wanted a tropical tank so I bought a Fluval Flex 57 litre from them as well which I have 2 pygmy puffers and some neon tetras in. I also have live plants in both the tanks mostly bought from Maidenhead. The plants are very good quality.
A really lovely store and shopping experience with a lot of care put into the place and the livestock. Want to give a special thanks to Tom and Deanne - they were so helpful with an issue I had, were full of great knowledge, and couldn’t do enough for me. I really appreciate all their help l, knowledge and their kindness. Would highly recommend.
We really like this place. We have purchased multiple fish, corals, equipment and accessories from this shop. Staff is friendly and often spent even a whole hour to answer our questions about the hobby. We also had issues with a fish due to aggression and they were kind enough to take it back and provide a refund, which in our case was out forward to buy another fish. I'd like to give credits to the ones who supported us there: Tom, Keiran and the girl I don't know the name of apologies.

A good garden centre, a bit expensive. Good collection of plants both external and in door ones. There is a pet section, clothing section and a cafe. Pot collection can be better. Had loyalty programme which is on the expensive side.
This place is dismal for marines. Fish always look in poor health on the most part, corals are shockingly bad. Seen coral skeletons still for sale. It’s expensive too. The tropical lols lots better but I don’t keep them. They aught to just forget marines they don’t seem to know what they are doing. I only ever go when desperate for food or something else as there nothing else in the derby area. I wouldn’t consider buying any livestock
We came in rather late one evening to have a looks at the aquariums, I didn't manage to grab the young mans name however he was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable to ask any questions we had. He mentioned his terrariums and that he recommended a YouTube channel for us to watch too which was very helpful, very lovely experience, give that kid a raise!
