Warwick castle wedding food tasting was pretty bland and so they recommended Mahir’s to cater for our wedding. The food tasting was amazing. Mukesh the manager is really knowledgeable. Location isn’t central though, more of an industrial estate/,near storage company. Premises were clean and tidy. About a 20 min walk from bridal shops. They do a lot of corporate events- very professional and organised.
Mahirs catered to my wedding reception in May 2023 and the food was amazing!! They were so supportive during wedding planning and delivered the most delicious food on the night. The canapés, mains and dessert were on-point and a huge thank you to the staff for their incredible service, if a guest had a query they weren’t left waiting, there was always someone available. We wish we could have your food all the time! We miss it. Thank you for everything.

Mahirs - what can I say? The team catered our wedding on 20th July and from the quality of food, service and general exceptional work, they truly made our wedding special and catered to so many needs! So many of our guests loved all the from the morning traditional breakfast, the gujurati lunch to the reception food and the late night snacks! Truly an exceptional service and we LOVED working with.
We used Mahir's Experience for our daughter's wedding reception and had an amazing evening. The food was truly fantastic from the canapes to the starters, mains and desserts, with perfect delivery and taste. We have since had numerous compliments from our guests. We would highly recommend Mahir's whose catering we have experienced at other weddings, and once again we were not disappointed on our own special occasion.
Mahir Caterers we're outstanding throughout my wedding! We booked them for 6 events and they did not disappoint. We met with Harvi and Mukesh quite early on and let them know what our priorities were and how we wanted our food across the week. We asked them to set out a variety of menu options and we were open to any proposals or recommendations they had. Over 6 events, not one meal was the same. Out of all our suppliers, food was our highlight. Every single day the food was praised and it was thanks to Mahir's and their incredible team. Not only was Harvi and Mukesh outstanding throughout their process, the behind the scenes, waiters run around staff, admin team, events organiser - each and everyone ensured they up-held the very principal Mahir's stand for. I am so happy we booked Mahir's. They took away all our stress and worries. Everyone said how chilled our wedding was and it was because Mahir's took on everything for us - Incredible team! Please thank your team once again.
We booked Mahirs in 2023 for our May 2024 wedding and have no regrets at all. From the start they stood out in comparison to other catering companies. The tasting we attended was 10/10 and quality of food wasn’t comprised & this is where we first met Simi who was so so helpful with us! Especially when our original reception venue closed down 6/7 months prior to our wedding which was on a peak weekend. Simi helped us source a new venue which she didn’t need to help us with, but did so without any hesitation. From beginning to end Simi was a great help with menu selecting and any questions we had & was just the best to work with which I think is important when choosing your key suppliers. Now when it came to the food on our reception they did the following- Canapés/welcome mocktail Starters, main & desserts The food was out of this world. The flavours, texture and spice levels were bang on and we had so much positive feedback/compliments from all our guests for this. We also had vegan, gluten free & guests with nut allergies which wasn’t a problem for them and they explained the food options, how they can accommodate & ensured our customised menus they did reflected the allergens which was great as no guest was left out/limited when it came to the food options. Some may say they are on the most pricier side but honestly they’re worth it if you are ever unsure who to choose.
Mahirs provided the catering for my wedding reception and both the service and the food was sublime. In the weeks leading up to the event, the communication and organisation from Amrit was brilliant, ensuring that all of their documents were completed to allow the day to run smoothly: menu, drinks list, itinerary, floor plan, suppliers list. Mahirs completed a visit to the site in the week prior to the wedding to ensure that the kitchen was suitable for the food and also provided all of their insurance documents requested by the venue promptly. As a result of this and Amrit's presence at the reception the evening ran incredibly smoothly with no issues to note. The quality of the food was exceptional and the feedback from our guests matched this- especially the chilli chips. We would highly recommend Mahirs for a wedding reception for both their professionalism and the great quality of the food.
We used Mahirs for our wedding at Ragley Hall and they were amazing. I would like to thank everyone there. Everyone said the food was amazing, they managed it well and they took care of people who had issues with certain food types. There are cheaper caters however with Mahir you are getting more than just food even though the food was amazing. You are getting a very experienced team who know how to manage the day. Which means you don't have to worry about it. :
Thank you to all the Mahirs team over the festive season this year. You’ve produced some absolutely delicious food on three different occasions. The service end to end is something new for our industry for simple, quick food at great value right to your home.
