Story

Experience exceptional award winning cuisine in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.

The restaurant is set on two floors in this grade 2 listed building built by Sir Christopher Wren and has retained an old world style in its décor. The restaurant was refurbished in 2006, by the current owners who have retained the same chef and have been trading since 1990.

Great food nice people
Great quality takeaway food. I collected and will definitely be going back to eat in at some point. Very friendly staff, even gave us a chocolate whilst we waited for the takeaway to be ready.
It was OK. Waiter was too impatient to get our order. If they'd left us alone enough we'd have probably ordered more food /drinks. Food very nice but waiter staff too keen...
I never do this but after my recent visit I feel moved to do so. I travel all over the UK with work and eat in many Indian restaurants, and I can say confidently this is best one I've eaten in. Spectacular food and vegetarian friendly to boot! 10/10 would go again, just wish I lived a little closer!
One of our favourite Indian resturants. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable regarding their menu. Happy to "tweak" dishes if required. Even able to reserve us a taxi when we couldn't find one.

A proper old school local curry house. Same chef since the 1990's. Food was excellent, the restaurant is small and is exactly what you expect when you want a classic British Indian Restaurant. Staff were friendly, service was really good. If I lived closer I'd eat here a lot!
