Magtec Electric Gates Ltd

Magtec have recently installed new electric gates. They were quick to come out to quote and we only had to wait a few weeks for installation. Communication was good and the engineers who came out were polite and courteous. We had a small hitch after they were fitted but the engineer came out quite quickly and resolved it. Would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed. We had our gates fitted and after 6 months our intercom stooped working. Was told it was the cables fitted by our qualified electrician. Was told the parts are not covered. 12 months later I call comlit where the intercom was supplied and they tell me we have a 2 year warranty. But the supplying dealer has to come out and sort the problem. We then call up and have to argue with the staff as they try and use any reason to get out of a job! I asked about servicing on my gates.. was told every 2 years so I said ok I would like to book a service... this is with the owner! 15th of December. Nobody turned up.. called.. not a word. Absolutely disgusting. Take your money use any or every excise under the sun. There are companies out There who would do a better job.
