My lobster was a little over, but everything else was first class. Service was swift, a little direct / brusque, but it's that type of place and felt appropriate. They don't hang about getting the food to you.
As always. Excellent. The nicest seafood you can get in the north of england
Good venue. Had to visit as it’s so famous. Not as expensive as I thought it would be given its touristy reputation. I had the hake and it was good and ample portion. My girlfriend had the small/child’s portion and it was more than enough for her. The picture is from the hake. It was bigger than it looks like in the photo.
Brilliant menu, excellent food with an amazingly fresh range of produce. Probably the best fresh fish in the country. Can't wait to go back
Lovely place. Never been before as it's always so popular but due to the pandemic is now less busy. Totally covid secure. Pleasant and helpful staff. Delicious fish and chips.
Great food on offer. Well presented and staff are polite. The restaurant is clean and bright, well spaced out. Food tastes well and comes out piping hot which is what you want. Certainly worth a visit if you are visiting Whitby and want some tasty fish and chips on the harbour wall.
