What a wonderful shop. I've been struggling to find good homes for my size 14 feet for years, and was very tired of being disappointed with online shops and regular high street offerings. It was a long way to go for me but I paid a visit after having got in touch by email. The staff there could not have been more helpful. On arrival they already had a number of shoes in my size ready to try based on the preferences I'd expressed just the day before. In just an hour, I'd got two pairs of perfect shoes/boots that I'm sure are the most comfortable I've ever had. I know this would have taken weeks or months of deliveries and returns if I'd done the same online. Very efficient, friendly and simple. They have a range of shoes like I've never seen and I know I will be back again soon for more. Thank you so much, Magnus & co!
I found this wonderful shoe shop on the Internet and never knew they existed or were local to me. They specialise in bigger shoes. The level of customer service on email, and subsequently in store was amazing and I felt very welcome and bought some new boots. Highly recommend.
I have only recently discovered that this show has size 9/43. They had my favourite Gabor sandals and I have ordered them as next day delivery. They arrived on time, well packed and I certainly will be ordering again! Thank you!
