Together with Brown Thomas these are Dublin's two high-end department stores. Had a nice flat-white in one of its coffee shops. Worth a visit if you are looking for that rare quality gift.

Seeing mixed reviews on serviceability across all departments but Danny 726325 in Kitchen Appliances really helped me out with a friend's gift today all the way through to the checkout point.  Cut through all the Christmas shopping hassle and was attentive to everything I might have needed.  Thanks Dan for your professionalism! Wish I could recommend you more directly. Cheers.

I used to love shopping in Arnotts. I could get a lot of things that I needef with one trip there and the staff were very friendly. I have been to the store for a long time. I was very disappointed with my recent shopping experience. Staff were not friendly nor helpful. I had a shoe in my hand trying to find someone to get the size for me, didn't mind that no one came to help me, even though some staff passed me. I went to a counter, which had a few staff members, then all gone. I had to wait around for a while to finally get attention of the staff. At another till, staff members were chatting the whole time and I felt bad to interrupt their conversation to help me check the price. Then they didn't stop their conversation while I was waiting to pay for my purchase. I could be unlucky with the staff members that day, they were just back from Christmas break, still, should keep professional.

Cosy cafe, friendly and helpful staff, on 1st floor. Located within the store, a little difficult to find due to small signage but great for an alternative sit and talk location just off Henry Street. Recommended.

Olivia, sales assistant, and Tesh, optometrist, both in the recent addition of eye glasses sales department at Arnott's, are wonderful.  Both were professional, super helpful and knowledgeable. I felt confident in their care and attention to my needs and queries. I highly recommend both Olivia and Tesh.

Great place for shopping.. you will find great brands, the quality of the goods are very high and with a good price.. I like the homeware department.. in sharing some stuff I took a photo to compare with others store and in decided to buy in Arnotts.. Also the staff is very helpful. Highly recommended..

I had a great experience at Arnott's Opticians. Tesh and Oliva gave me great service. I had an eye test done and Oliva helped me chose  a new pair of frames. The glasses were ready in less than a week. I would recommend Arnott's and definitely use them again. They are professional, have good quality designer frames. Thank you!

The worst service in Lancome. A blonde lady with shorter hair today stood chatting away for 5 minutes after seeing us waiting for her to approach us. So unprofessional, making inappropriate comments as if we are in a pub rather than a ‘luxury’ department store. Another lady called Barbara was lovely, whilst the other lady proceeded to stand close by starring us up and down and talking about us with another coworker. If I treated clients this way in BT where I work I’m certain I wouldn’t be keeping the job for much longer.

All these boubles bought in arnotts Christmas  shop. So pretty and reasonably priced. Great service too I always find no matter what department you shop in from makeup to clothes or sitting in one of their many cafes. Such a lovely  gem in our city centre

Good store, nice selection. Could do without the "royal, aristocratic" attitude from some store staff though, who are clearly just as common-Dublin as myself accent, dead give a way.
