Had a kitchen put in 4 years ago. I got a rather nice kitchen however,  the salesman I dealt with was somewhat unpleasant and I got the feeling that I was a silly little woman. Paid up front for the kitchen and fitting. Fitter was unpleasant. Now 4 years on my down lights are failing. I discover that they were under guarantee and if I had been given the paperwork I could have put an extended warranty on them. Wasn't given any of that information so unless I can get some help from head office talking to the branch I am going to habe to pay out £52 each for new ones. Sent my husband I  to collect a missing drawer insert as I felt so intimidated by the salesmen. Magnet you need to get some customer service training in there. Or better still some female salesperson 😟

Incapable member of staff by the name of carl in the transit way branch sold.me 3 lengths of 3.5×1.5 instead of the 4×2 i asked and paid for when i realised this error i phoned the store to which carl kindly called me a liar and stated he gave me 4×2 length to which i requested to speak to the manager......i am still waiting. I wont hold my breath nor woll i take my custome thers again. 
To those who continue to shop here i suggest taking a tape measure and double checking you are getting what your.paying for!!!
