I am running a language activity camp in the village of Sherbourne, Warwick, and have had a series of maintenance issues including a faulty boiler and broken electric power shower. The company were very quick to respond to our cries for help, and on both cases the engineer was prompt, courteous and highly efficient. The issues that we had were resolved, and I was most impressed by the engineer Thomas, who fixed the shower. We are working in an exciting building, which is old and full of character. Thomas was able to fathom the arcane wiring system, isolate the fault and fix it without fuss, and without stretching things out to artificially inflate the bill. I will happily call for them in the future, and highly recommend them to anybody who is in need of plumbing and installation services. And the bill was palatable:
I have used Magna for plumbing work on several occasions over the years and have always been very satisfied with the speed, efficiency and quality of their work. Their staff have always been very pleasant to have in the house and their office staff are efficient and friendly. I would certainly recommend them highly.
Had a new boiler fitted Thursday and Friday absolutely fantastic work .The man worked so hard started at 9 finished at 5.30 an only had 20 mins for lunch. He was polite and very clean and tidy in his work couldn't fault him at all.Shame his apprentice is getting laid off next week due to the company losing a big contract as both men we're an asset to you.
Magna IM have been providing property maintenance services to us for many years now. We have always been happy with the level of service we have received from both the staff in the office as well as the engineers carrying out the work at our properties. As a letting agent we often need things turning round swiftly and we can always count on Magna IM.
Had new smoke alarms and bathroom extractor fan fitted today by Thomas who was very polite and professional. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with work carried out and would highly recommend.
Whilst the service engineer was excellent, the admin/communication was abysmal. Despite 3 phone calls and 2 e-mails, it took Magna IM nearly a month to find a replacement thermo couple for our Aga - and then it was not suitable; luckily the service engineer was able to provide an alternative from his van. I wonder why we still use Magna IM for our boiler/Aga maintenance when the admin/communication is so poor. Fortunately the service engineer, John Walsh, is such a star, otherwise we would be looking elsewhere for these services. Having been customers of Magna for around 15 years, it is very disappointing that we have to submit such a poor report about your company.

Magna have been conducting numerous works at our let properties over many years. They are consistent, reliable, and professional. We would highly recommend them.
They where brilliant.Fitted me in within 12hrs of my call. Figured out the problem in no time at all. Left to get parts. Strat back and problem solved. Highly recommend.
Thomas, the engineer was bang on time, very thorough inspection, even went out to get a part then came back to fit it the same day. Very polite, real nice guy. Thanks
