My experience at Mansfield Court House was very pleasant thanks to the lovely security team, especially Nazim. They were all friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease during my visit. Truly appreciated their kindness!
Very nice place. Friendly and professional. There are rules that must be followed and this is understandable taking into consideration what the place is.nnIm not English, yet felt comfy there and received professional approach from anyone around.
Staff here are absolutely useless. They sit around. On the front desk. Worst security ever! You can easily get a weapon past them. And the hushers, well its time they retired. Both of them are absolutely shocking at their jobs. No wonder Mansfield has such a high crime rate. Terrible police and terrible justice system. Absolutely shocked at the state of it.
The employees there do not respect the ordinary citizen.nI saw it with my own eyes and it happened to me.nFrom the security guards to those who run your case.nEmployees don't explain to you and they don't have time for you, employees have time and explain it to those who are lawyers, solicitors, counsel, etc.nWhich makes me believe that there is great discrimination from the employees for those without school and those with school.nI ask those who run this institution to listen to the population and take action.nThanks in advance. Stay safe and all the best.
The receptionists and security needs some serious retraining .The attitude towards people is horrendous to say the least.
