Usually good but not enough sauce in the meals again I got some chips and curry sauce but they must have forgotten to put the curry sauce on .
Been going to the magic wok for over a year now and glad to say not had a bad meal yet good food decent price ..Will definitely use again as have used the other Chinese takeaway in Cowdenbeath and a no noFood: 5/5
If I could give a 0 star I would chicken in my curry was not even cooked was still raw
Had the salt and pepper muchie box, delivery was over an hour, food was still hot, ping ping chicken was tough and dry, the rest was good especially the ribs
Absolutely delicious. Delivery was fast. No complaints from the family.
Excellent and friendly service here. The food is always perfect. Staff go out of their way to ensure any side requests are fulfilled. Will definitely continue to order from here.

Really disappointed in the level of service we received tonight. My partner tried to phone up to find out where our delivery was because it was almost half an hour late. They didnt even answer the phone to him his phone number is connected to his just eat they must have recognised it I then used my phone to phone them and low and behold I got an answer. I asked them where our food was, they told me that it was going to be another 25 minutes. I told them that I was going to report them to just eat because they were so late and they started shouting down the phone at me. As someone that suffers from post traumatic stress disorder, having a man shouting down the phone scared me. When the food eventually got to us my friend found hair in hers. I phoned just eat and complained. Just eat then phoned them and asked them to provide me with compensation.... What did Magic Wok do? They shouted at the just eat representative and hung up the phone on them too. Never again will I OR my friends that I ordered with tonight order from the magic wok again.... Good job there are better Chinese resturants available. if they had been open tonight we would have used them. Going to trading standards about them tomorrow.
By far the best Chinese in the area. I normally call in and pick up my items and they are always ready on time. Food is always hot and tasty. Sometimes gets. Bad press by others but not had any issues myself.
Absolutely disgusted by this "resturant". We are regular customers and usually enjoy the food but the behaviour of the propetier tonight will gaurentee I will never ever order from them again! We ordered a munchie box and what we got was a box filled with greasy, undercooked chips, two chicken wings and three ribs. This "glorious feast" some how took over an hour to deliver! Quite dismayed at this selection of food, as normally the Munchie Box here is brilliant, filled with chips, ribs, wings, chicken balls, and bits of chicken. We love it, and wanted to have it again tonight. So of course we phoned the place, considering we used to be quite friendly with the staff and thought maybe this was a mistake. The guy one the phone's response was to laugh at and mock us. We figured that the contents of the box had simply changed, we wanted to see if they would be willing to match what we reguarly get on the understanding that this was no longer the offer. I would think this is a reasonable thing to do for a now formerly loyal customer. But no, the owner decided to be rude and nasty is pathetic. Just this morning I had been speaking to a relative about how we planned to order from Magic Wok but I will never, ever do it again and I will remind everyone I know what a disgusting, pathetic, theiving establishment it is. You have lost a great customer. Congratulations. I hope the laughing was worth it. That I have offered one star is merely an administrative mistake. I'd offer zero if I could
