A ‘soul food’ revival is taking place within the Southern United States at the moment, and the boys are bringing it to Aberdeen. They both have a huge passion for this style of cuisine, and hope you will too. Dishes will include southern fried chicken, smoked pulled pork, Cajun blackened salmon, and more. Exciting daily specials will let us all enjoy and learn about a style of cooking that focuses of texture, taste and succulence. Emphasis is made on marinating, smoking, curing, barbequing, and serving it up with a load of love and soul.
The boys have spent months sourcing premium meats, cheeses and vegetables; in-fact every ingredient has been hand-picked, tasted, tried and tested, trying where possible to live by their motto: “field to fork, and made with soul”.
