This place gets 3 stars because normally I come out with a parcel. But if it wasn't for that fact this place would maybe only get one star. Unfortunately there aren't enough staff, and the staff that are there don't seem to want to help. Collecting parcels is often frustrating because they seem to have little organisation. But I'm glad I don't have to drive all the way to Bridgend for missed parcels

Have used this Post office on several occasions.  Never enough staff and always very long queues.  If you ask about this you are treated like some sort of trouble maker.  Seems we are to expect this dreadful service.  No forms ( license applications etc) on the walls so you even have to queue for these... Apparently they get ';stolen'.
