For my partner's birthday, I ordered 12 mini cupcakes for his party on the Saturday and the Oreo cake for his birthday on the Sunday.  Upon collecting the items, I was given detail as to how to store the cake for the next day to ensure it did not dry out, which was super helpful I was planning on putting it in the fridge.  The cupcakes were delicious, though I only got to try one myself before the rest got snapped up by friends.  General feedback from friends was that they thoroughly enjoyed them!  The Oreo cake itself was fantastic and held up great for 24 hours once the box had been wrapped in cling film.  It also held up great for the 4 subsequent days, whilst my partner tried to finish it.  I have already recommended Crumbs and Doilies to anyone that will listen and I cannot wait for the chance I get to order more.

I chose Crumbs & Doilies as they were the only cupcake company I could find that could deliver a selection of differently flavoured cupcakes two of them with handwritten icing saying 'Good Luck' to a London address with two days notice that didn't cost a fortune. And they were absolutely amazing. They were presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Excellent customer service as well. I've already recommended them to my friends and would defintely use them again!

We ordered 120 regular cupcakes, 12 Vegan and 12 Gluten free for a corporate event. Myself and everyone who attended was very impressed with the quality of the cupcakes. They were absolutely perfect and made the event memorable. I would recommend this company as they have a high attention to detail. Thanks so much!!

My entire interaction with this company from enquiry through to polishing off the scrumptious cupcakes was unbelievably wonderful. Crumbs & Doilies are known for their amazing baking, but the service I received was second to none too. Sophie and Cat dealt with my enquiry with the utmost care and were so incredibly helpful and patient with my queries. Not only would I not hesitate to use their services again, but I would urge everyone else to give them a try! Thank you for my cupcakes - they were absolutely divine.

My second time buying from here. First time they gave my baby a free cupcake which was sweet. Went to collect some cupcakes today, however they gave me the wrong size cupcakes gave me mini instead of the larger size. Called customer services when i got home. The lady I spoke to offered to have the big dozen cupcakes sent out and delivered to my address out of there normal delivery catchment area. Cakes came within 2 hours Now this is what I call outstanding customer service. Cakes delicious as usual.

I ordered a 10” Raspberry Ripple cake as a surprise for my Mum’s birthday. It was the perfect surprise and she loved it, as did all our friends and family! The cake looked really amazing and tasted delicious. I will definitely be using Crumbs and Doilies for all my future special celebration cakes!

The cupcakes there are simply delicious. I think in the bakery they offer over 30 flavours of them, so I can guarantee that you will fall in love with at least five or six of them. And why not with all of them. The cupcakes have the right texture, frosting and they're moist enough. So don't hesitate to go there.

Perfect product and service from Cat and the rest of the team at Crumbs & Doilies!  We ordered 250 branded red velvet cupcakes for a recent launch and they went down an absolute storm with my colleagues. People were desperate to take them home for family/flatmates which says it all!  Impressive service from start to finish - emails were responded to quickly and helpfully and nothing was too much trouble, for example adding extra sprinkles to make the cakes look extra special.  I would highly recommend Crumbs & Doilies and will definitely be using them again : can't wait to try the rest of the flavours!
