I’ve been to this place a few times however this particular day I was with my boyfriends family and I’ve never experienced such rude customer service. When serving us at the start she was very blunt but towards leaving she got worse. I stood to ask for my shoes back and she continued to count the till. She then ignored me and started serving two other people, once she got round to me. She was rude, blunt and spoke to me like s*** after she slammed my shoes and bags in front of me. I work in retail and it takes two seconds to be polite to make someone day. She made my day miserable and needs to be fired! (She had dark brown hair)

Monkey Puzzle soft play - Great for keeping your little monkeys amused while you sit back and have a coffee. Plenty of seating, but take your ear plugs as it gets pretty noisy. Also a bit chilly so don't forget your coat!

Fantastic day out with the family skating, hire if skates included in the price and a nice environment, could do with a little more seating but other than that highly recommend.

It has been 11 years since I visited Madison Heights and it was obvious on arrival that it had remained untouched for this whole time. Entry for play area for a family of three children £18.75 for only two hours when not busy didn’t impress me for that sum. My wife and I noticed a very musty unclean smell and just noticed old food under the steps of the play area, looking up at the ceiling just the biggest cobwebs we’d ever seen with dust around the woodwork all over. On leaving I looked up near the ladies toilet and saw uncovered lighting that if any moisture got to them they would shatter reigning glass onto innocent children. All in all not impressed by our experience and can see there is a lot of work to be done.

A really big space for the kids to run around in. You need cash for food and drinks though as they don't accept cards.
