I was warmly welcomed by smiling pizza spinning chefs where pizza dough is made using a 60-hour fermentation process! I sat in an open plan kitchen in an atmosphere that had a pure industrial modern feel to it. I started with a margarita which was perfectly chewy with some charcoal notes and a good balance of cheese and tomato. This combined well with the Basil Aioli Tapenade which I ordered as an added option for dipping the dough crust. As a side dish, I had The Cavolo Nero with celeriac and pomegranate which was refreshing. Sadly, there was no dessert so I ordered a gelato milkshake which was from the only three choices available. I had the dairy free peanut butter and vanilla. It tasted creamy crunchy and not too sweet. Pizzas are £6-11 and sides are around £3-4. It is good pizza although not the best I've had. I would recommend this place and if I am in the area I will definitely be going back.
Pizza is good, little choice though. You can either sit outside or wait standing for your pizza then go upstairs in these big shared area and look for a table. It's ok on a Friday eve with friends but if you want to properly sit down and have a proper lunch or dinner I would go somewhere else
Absolutely incredible! Definitely the closest resemblance to proper Neapolitan Italian pizza in London. After two visits recently this is now going to be a regular spot for me and my partner.
I ordered a Vegan Pizza twice for the first time with Made of Dough. The first time I ordered, the delivery was supper fast , couldn't believe it and Pizza was delicious but cold. The second time I ordered, again deliver was super fast and Pizza was delicious, however the second Pizza was a lot smaller and I would recommend they slice the Pizzas into triangles when serving/delivering. I was very disappointed that they put a small cookie/biscuit which contained milk and egg inside the box with a Vegan, dairy free Pizza. The packet of the cookie/biscuit was clear and there was no ingredients written on it. I am vegan and do not eat dairy, also allergic , I ate the cookie/biscuit believing they would not put a product containing dairy seeing as it is a vegan Pizza with Cashew nut cheese, I trusted them and ate it only to call and find out it contained milk and egg. I felt sick after that, bad headache and chest started getting tight with pain. I called the store and Deliverhoo to make a compliant because I don't understand why they would do that and it was not even something I had ordered, I assume they put it with my Pizza as a treat for ordering two days in a row but there is a reason a person orders vegan pizza and a reason they have that option. I was so disappointed . I also suggest they make their pizza as big as the box because the Pizza is small for £10, if you order pizza from anywhere else for example pizza hut, their pizza fits the box. Also put ingredients on every thing you sell, make it clear. I would have given 5 star if it was not for the dairy product that was put with my Pizza.
The BEST pizza I have had in a long time. The friendliest and coolest staff. I loved every second of sitting at the bar eating the most delicious Margherita. A perfect evening- thank you Made in Dough!
I ate at Made Of Dough at a Festival during the summer and was absolutely over the moon when I went to Winter Wonderland and saw they had a stand there.!! The pizzas are truly delicious, and the staff are so lovely too. Taste sensation, with smashing service to boot. Can't recommend highly enough.
Ordered a delivery and was really disappointed. Pizza base was burnt which made the dough charcoal flavour and dry. We order 3 pizzas and one of them should have been ham but it turned into a margarita Also for the charizo pizza all the topping were on one side of the pizza
Great pizza, dough is really good and ingredients are fresh. Wood oven makes it taste even better. I’m italian and I can say it’s one of the best I’ve had in London.
Ordered a takeaway as a Sunday night treat after long night out on the Saturday. Worst pizza we've had in a long time. They took here name to heart and supplied mostly dough and not enough topping. AVOID plenty of better choices in Brixton.
On a par with my favourite margarita in town which i thought i'd never say! - great dough - full of flavour; soft and chewy. Tangy sweet tomato, a couple basil leaves and delicious mozzarella. What more is there?
