A nice little space and the kids really enjoyed the soft play. However, the whole experience for us as the parents was overshadowed by the two teenage staff members who insisted on playing their music through the speaker at the far end of the room incredibly loudly. They also kept skipping from one track to the next a lot of which was lyrically inappropriate for children. We asked them if they could turn it down, which they did but then the volume just crept up again. They seemed far more focussed on having their own party for two than clearing tables and serving customers. Seems like they need much better supervision whilst working. Really disappointing, as it was otherwise a nice space for us to escape to on a rainy day whilst away on holiday.
Since new management started at the New Year we have really enjoyed our two visits. Lovely soft play, a really child friendly and parent friendly space - clean and a very warm welcome. The cafe is great with a fantastic selection of savoury food for adults and children, and lovely cakes and drinks. Fantastic experience and really recommend to all.
Fabulous friendly environment with great staff and good value food. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to go with kids in the church Stretton area.
Thus is such a lovely little soft play. We come here in the daytime often when it's quieter, it's always clean and the staff are welcoming. The facilities are more than adequate and the beverages lovely. This soft play is tucked away round the back off a small industrial estate off the main road, I highly recommend visiting and not passing this little gem by!
We were visiting the area for a break over half term with our children. We googled a soft play and were glad to come across mad hatters. Good facilities for play and coffee and cake for grown ups. Amy and her team were really friendly and helpful and even gave us a lift home because there are no taxis in the area and the children were tired. The kids had a great time. Thank you.
