Paisley's Mackies pharmacy staff are 1st class so friendly and knowledgeable and so much better than the last proprietor
Staff are always on the ball, know what they're doing, efficient, timely, and all with a smile. The shop is busy at all times of day, and they're staying on top of things by some kind of magic. Several times now I've had a text that my medication was ready to collect the same day the prescription was dropped off - where normally I'd expect 2-3 days for a routine script. Nobody wants to have to go to a pharmacy, but Mackie's have been the best service experience I've had across the city. Hoping I'll never have to move anywhere else.
We have been going to Mackie for 20 years now and l must say they have kept up a very good service they have improved massively since we joined, John Paul has expanded his pharmacies and he has kept up a very high standard also his staff are amazing workers they work as an amazing team and work to high standards Well done JP.Scott and all the staff.

Great pharmacy the staff are great and so helpfull and polite
Upgrading from a 2 to a 5! First visit was very disappointing being asked multiple times if I was sure I hadn't already picked up my prescription, along with losing one item - which turned out to be in the wrong bag!, but since then I've had great service. During a severe bout of illness they delivered twice to me without any issue and on both occassions the following day. Thanks very much!
I use Mackie's as my primary chemist and I like them, the staff are great and very friendly. It can be very busy at certain times of the day but they do their best to keep the waiting times short.
Had such a great experience at mackies today, as usual top notch customer service, quick prescription times and excellent staff. Extra thanks to the pharmacist who checked out my burn on my head And the very patient man who helped me for ages to figure out where my medication was. Thanks all at mackies. Super service xx

Really happy with the service at Mackies Cardonald. They always go the extra mile to help me and my family out. My grandad is elderly and the staff go out of their way to ensure that he gets his medication delivered and always attend to any changes in medication promptly and efficiently. All round a great service!
