Fantastic experience from initial visit to collection of kilts. My son had a bespoke kilt made and we hired the rest. Great communication throughout, extremely helpful staff - particularly when one of the hire kilts had to be changed and they even sewed up the sleeves on collection. Would definitely use them again.
We hired a kilt here for our elopement recommended to us by our photographers Oli & Steph. We could not be happier with the service and quality! Wow! I worked customer service for over a decade and that was the best customer service I’ve ever had. From the virtual appointments, to the pick-up and drop off, everything was so seamless and the kilt was stunning. We specifically bought our Quiach there after just because we wanted to support the company more somehow. Paige helped us at pick up and was fantastic! She really goes above and beyond and makes the experience that much extra special. Thank you!
My fiancée got his kilt from here and he came back singing praises. He went to a few places before hand but was met with either poor service or a lack of options. Here, there were tons of kilts and he found one which is just stunning! He also mentioned that the staff were beyond friendly and made him feel so appreciated, even though he was just renting.nWill only get our kilts from here from now on.
