I've been to use the post office service of this store for over two years now usually multiple times a week for the business and if I could recommend them more than 5* then I would. The staff are always polite, professional and welcoming to all of their customers.  The store also has cycling deals on with well-priced offers. Just a  pleasant experience from start to finish!  Sorry it's taken so long to write the review, I kept forgetting!

Beware advertised closing times, visited at a few minutes after 7pm to post a parcel and shop was closed with shutters down. If it was just a shop it wouldn't be so bad but for a post office they should be open as stated both on exterior signs and online. This isn't the first time it's happened to me there, irritating wasted journey.  Edit following response from owners:  That first is simply untrue, I've checked online for opening times and found the shop closed when shown as open on a few occasions. I've absolutely no reason to make that up, it is a fact.

Love this shop, loads of different stuff. Friendly staff who really know what they have in stock. Only one downside, having to watch & listen to some of the rude Post Office customer they have. They all need a medal after the great support they have given locally by staying open over the last year during the Lockdowns. Great stuff, keep it going.

ETA: this is a straight up lie. She asked for certificate stamp which it specifically states to get on the royal mail click and drop website and you DID eventually provide as does every other post office on request so clearly it didn't invalidate the tracking as it posted fine . Disgraceful older woman works here. Sister sent a parcel a few weeks ago and asked for certificate of postage stamped as website says you NEED one for compensation, whether that's factual or not it takes FIVE SECONDS. She aggressively stamped it four times in anger which tore the paper and was rude to the point of making my sister cry out of embarrassment when she left. I went today as i had a 1st class parcel to send in a hurry and was refused service as she recognised my mam even though I've never set foot there before, after being lied to saying the postage wasn't valid there she admitted it was actually revenge because my mum had rang to complain about her behaviour. Had a nice walk to whsmith instead, lovely staff who were friendly and stamped no problem and I'll stick to onestop with hermes in future who are also lovely. Can't figure out if she's the owner or manager of this store because i can see multiple complaints about an older woman with quite dodgy replies so no surprises if she responds saying this never happened or we were aggressive, obviously made this whole story up for fun  happy to provide dates and times of both events to an email address if there is a genuine owner who is unaware of the appalling behaviour of this particular staff member and wants to investigate and send her for some desperately needed training

wish I could rate less! while visiting the shop, I was spoken rudely to by an old woman who I presume was the manager of the store. I then saw how  badly she went on to treat a younger female staff member who was helping me with my shop. I highly suggest the manager of the store takes some lessons on managing as she clearly has no experience or leadership skills what's so ever. -4/10 do not recommend visiting this shop!!!

Would be negative score if this was possible. An equal balance of incompetence and rudeness is clearly the employment criteria. Worst service... strongly advise against using this store for any of their services.

Great service. Easy parking now that there's the car park at the front of the store, too. My go to place for sending parcels.

I love this shop, the post office within the shop is brilliant, the staff go the extra mile, parking is good and Debbie is awesome!
