Not as big as I thought but filled with great models and related history. Staff were very helpful and answered everything my sons could ask them. It was a shame the full size trains exhibit wasn't ready, but it gives us a reason not that 1 is needed to return.
Really disappointed tonight. Both of our burgers were cold and dry, our chips and chicken nuggets were fine, but to top it all the festive pie was cold and had a label which stated that it should have been discarded by 16:28 which was over 2hrs before we had even ordered! This isn't the normal quality that we receive here.Food: 1/5
I normally come in the week and the staff are rubbish. Came into today being a Sunday and the staff were awesome,I was greeted by Jack who kept everything clean and tidy. Ruby brought my food over and had a gorgeous smile and was very polite. Luke needs a star on his badge for his Excellent customer service. Overall the whole place was very clean and tidy even the forecourts. All 3 employees had Excellent customer service skills. Would recommend for a Sunday visit.
Needs more parking, it’s busy but quite pleasant inside as McDonalds go. Piped music covers up the beeping from the kitchen which can be really annoying in other McDonalds. Clientele are reasonably normal people
Fake McDonald’s , pretend to be franchise but only sell half the products because they too tight to purchase a ice cream / Milkshake machine. Their old and broken machine has been beyond repair for over 6 years. Please invest in the correct equipment or just sell the franchisee to someone who wants to sell ice creams and milkshakes !
Not a bad McDonalds. But always frustrating to wait and wait and wait for food. Long after anyone who is an drive thru customer gets served before the customers on foot. Very frustrating to see my one meal delayed for drive thru customers larger orders who placed their order much later. But we all know McDonalds only seem to prioritise drive thru punters. 12 minutes for a Quarter pounder meal, with three other customers waiting too. And surprise surprise considering McDonalds model of business started with ‘fast food burgers and milk shakes’. It seems as if these days Milkshakes are always unavailable?! I have to say if I wasn’t in a work van that is too high for the drive thru. I wouldn’t walk in. And also if there was another local shop that did a similar meal and milkshake. I would always go there.
Scam. Yesterday I ordered a triple cheeseburger and fries to go, unfortunately I didn't check the order. So I was very unpleasantly surprised to see that instead of what I ordered, it was a regular cheeseburger and fries. Therefore, I do not recommend this establishment, or carefully check your orders. It is very unpleasant to buy a regular cheeseburger at three times the price.
This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's in the South of England. Every time I visit something goes wrong. There are always very long waits in the drive thru and always gaps in the menu due to lack of supplies, machines broken etc. It's simply not fit for purpose and there aren't any alternative drive thru McD's in the area. I have no complaints at the customer facing staff, they are always friendly.
The MacDonald gave me the wrong order. As a vegetarian I could not eat the chicken. This was after they already got the order wrong the first time. We only realised once we got home. Food is decent. But like who gets this stuff wrong nowadays.
Always forget the dips or something else, and today forgot the dips again and put 8 mozzarella sticks instead of 9. There is always something wrong, the employees aren't careful with packing.
