The front door to our offices broke on Sunday evening, I called Adam who arrived within 30 minutes and not only replaced the broken lock but spent ages re-aligning the badly installed door which was the reason the lock failed in the first place. 
It is rare to see a true craftsman who takes considerable pride in their work to find one willing to come out on a Sunday is quite exceptional

Wednesday morning the front door lock had broken and my wife and I were locked in, phoned Macclesfield Lock & key and Elliot came out within 15 minutes and sorted out the problem and fitted a new lock, called at the shop to get some advice about security on the Thursday and they were so helpful, ordered new locks for the front and back door for better security and peace of mind, Elliot came the next morning at 09-30 and fitted both locks, thank you Macclesfield Lock & key for your prompt attention and also for the very professional service that you and Elliot provided.

Needed a spsre key for a Thule Topbox. Timpsons charged £5, and despite 2 tries, the keys didn't fit. Got this Company off web - 2 keys for £2.95 postfree. Arrived on time and a perfect fit. A no-brainer!

Although the service was prompt we were disappointed that the price quoted did not mention VAT.  Left the quoted amount with parents who were house sitting who then had to pay the extra for us.  When we called afterwards we found the vendor to be very rude.
