I went in with my wife and 2 kids for an evening meal. The staff were friendly, they came over with colours and spoke to the kids and we're overall very friendly. My wife had a chicken burger which she described as amazing and I had a steak. The steak was cooked rare as requested which was great because most places serve you medium rare as they seemed to be afraid of rare! The food was great quality, the kids meals fantastic value an overall very fair pricing. Will definitely go again! 5* guys well done
I went several months ago after hearing of fantastic review's. The starter was fantastic so I was very optimistic for the main but unfortunately when it arrived the potatoes were hard and portion very small. The steak was very nice and served as I requested it was spoilt in my opinion as I asked for blue cheese sauce and after pouring it on.my meal it was clearly not blue cheese ...the smell is a giveaway if you like blue cheese. The staff were brilliant but it was hard for them as we was placed upstairs so when we needed a drink it was hard to get there attention..not there fault......we gave a tip but room for improvement hence my feedback...I would personally not go again but it was a very busy night everyone deserves a second chance.
Fantastic staff and lovely restaurant, there are a few things that would make it a 5 star for me though. The restaurant is a little clinical looking and there is very little ambiance. It desperately needs for the lights to be dimmed and candles on the tables. The food is very reasonably priced but personally I think the menu needs updating and more 'British' food needs to be added.
On arrival I was shocked as I assumed it was a restraunt, in reality it's literally a house with a makeshift bar in the front. Food was average, my partner witnessed the staff pouring coke from a bottle to a glass. Beers we got bottled and were warm.my partner had cheese pie. Was ok at best. My steak cost over 20 pounds and asked for it m/r it came out rare. I asked for it to be cooked longer and was told that it was m/r and maybe think about ordering medium next time. Well I've had steak 100s of time's and they where how I liked my m/r. Maybe it's your chef that don't know the difference but I certainly do. Won't be coming again. Found the experience to be quite odd. Will not return. It's a shame because most reviews are good.
Went new years eve and the food was lovely. Went a couple of weeks ago and my medium rare steak came out black. Think they might have changed chefs as the one a couple of weeks ruined 2 beautiful fillet steaks.
What a fabulous meal . The steaks were cooked to perfection, great choice of accompaniments , great choice of starters and deserts. Really friendly staff who don't crowd you. Definitely recommend this restaurant to all steak lovers.
First class service with warm and friendly staff that can't do enough for you. The food, had to said the nicest burger I have ever had. Definitely will becoming a regular visitor with the fwmily

I had the biggest steak; cooked very well. Staff very nice. Tasteful décor. All in all a nice dinning experience. Would recommend.
Beautiful place, unfortunately you can only judge a restaurant by what comes out of the kitchen. When we were there it was a good distance from good. I will not be going back.
