A few months ago I ordered requesting no pineapple due to an allergy, after taking a bite I noticed they had put it in. I had an allergic reaction and all they offered was a £4.50 refund which they didn’t do until I rang back five days later. I stopped using them until I thought i’d give them another chance today. Firstly it took over 1 hour 30 minutes for delivery, the food has arrived FREEZING cold. After numerous phone calls they offered me a free dish next time I order. I said i’m extremely happy to bring it back to them now, but they said no. Asked to speak to a manager but they didn’t have one in. I asked to speak to somebody else but she was busy. I ended up being passed over to the driver who said the lady i was previously speaking to had to go to the kitchen as she was very busy and that they’d call me back when they get chance. I have learnt do not go back to them, their customer service skills are beyond a joke. And from reading many reviews it seems to be a regular thing. If you like you food delivered on time and hot do not waste your money.

They've change their name to Ma's and now their dishes are amazingly large. 1 special fried rice can last 2 meals easily or feed 2 people for dinner. We tend to ask for less salt and msg to make it healthier and more to our taste. They can be very busy so order early!

best chinese around.the size of portions are great.good value for money.
