I'm leaving a 5 star review cause this is my business thon cruise is just a mummys boy he checked the work on day was happy then paid came home at 2 pm checked and paid then thought he'd get a free be , plus other advertising I pay for them so why not , I've over 300 5 stars on my Facebook can't please everyone , children can't see someone running a great wee business

First of This guy did a great job on the day, i was very happy with the work and even recommended him to a couple of friends. HOWEVER, he missed a window on the day! And here is why i would NEVER USE HIM AGAIN, I was at work so could not check the work, next day i realised he missed the window, sent him a text to tell him, he replied ''that's why you should check the work'' fair enough!! ,but this was just the next day! He AGREED to come the next week to finish!!! Never heard from him!! I then the week after that on the Monday text him to ask when he is going to compete the work!! No apology from him for not coming when he agreed, just I'm busy will get to you Friday again no apology '' and two weeks later then'' i say not good enough, i get a basically who do you think you are i will get to you Friday, i let the rooms so for me that's to late!! I insist he does it now as he had agreed, i then get a load of abuse. So here is who i think i am, I'm the customer who paid you to do a job, you are the person who took the money for the job, and did not do it fully, IF you think that you can just then decide to show up when ever you like to fix the mistake you made in the firs t place with no apology and a load of abuse, and for customers then to be happy about it, you need to get some customer service training, And insulting customers is probably number one thing not to do, Happy to post all your text messages should you wish others to see them, as of course you still don't see that you are in the wrong,
