it’s always a pleasure to pop into an m&s foodhall. this one was really nice and had a great bakery. good amount of parking!
I had a lovely experience this evening. I was looking for a specific type of bread. The gentlemen behind the bread counter was super helpful and he offered to bake a fresh one for me, as they didn’t have any in stock. People like him deserve to be recognised and rewarded.
Love the store. Food fantastic as always. However Grantham store had a cafe and toilets. Gone if you didn’t know. No worries removing the cafe but as a disabled person no clean toilet to use. No relaxed shopping any more. They are there leave the disabled one at least. Use the dirty one next door in b&q no option.
Visited twice now and very impressed with the store.nWas clean and easy to fine everything.nQuiet small inside but only add to the ease of finding items.nAppears to have everything needed for a shop.nShares parking stores nearby but we've never struggled to park.nLimited disabled and parent parking.nHas self check outs and a bakery.nStaff were helpful and friendly.
Another change around of the layout gives something to think about, which makes shoppers distracted. Also the tills don't give enough space for wheelchairs or prams. Staff always very pleasant.
