Update April 2025nnI discovered yesterday why this is such a great shop with such great service and friendly staff.nI met the store manager, Nicci, I believe but I am not 100% sure, She was leading from the front filling up the displays while her team were covering the tills serving the customers with F1 pit stop efficacy and happy smiles.nWell done all.nnIs this a great BP garage with a fabulous M&S food store attached or fantastic M&S food store with an Excellent BP garage attached? Either way they are all a splendid team at Holsworthy.nTo name a couple from yesterday's visit, The duty manager Karen is always out there, leading her merry team from the front. The merchandising is always exceptional as is everything front of house. On Thursday evening Sarah was front and centre on the till with a fabulous smile and cheerful disposition. It makes it a real pleasure to do business with them.nKeep up the good work.nMichael
It's an M+S food shop attached to a BP fuel station. They sell a reasonable range of M+S quality food products at M+S prices. The pizzas are good. It's a good place Todo that emergency shop when relatives or friends arrive unexpectedly. I have given 4 stars because of the convenience factor but the prices prevent 5.
GreatnSimply has these things you need, when you need them!
On 2 occasions I have been served by a young girl with ginger hair. On both occasions she was rude. Today I asked if they were making the millionaire-frappie before paying for my fuel… this young girl replied with.. ‘yes but we have no cream’ with an user toned manner, not ‘Sorry we have no cream but we can still make you one if you would still like one’ .. I replied yes please I will have 2. The assistant serving told her colleague, “1 millionaire-frappie she knows about the cream” She?.. I ignored her uneducated retail language experience and I reminded the assistant with.. ‘Oh sorry I wanted 2!’ .. The assistant attitude towards me after being polite and after correcting the order with her colleague to make 2 millionaire-frappies then rolled her eyes.nI have been a regular customer in Holsworthy M&S not just buying food but fuel too! I am not going to be treated in this manner by any retailer. All the other staff are absolutely amazing, so polite, very helpful and friendly.
They hav products that other grocs don't. Also hav hot pasties ect n coffee to go. Small but well stocked. Service very quick n pleasant. Restrooms are whl chair accessible.
