I have been going to M&S Stone weekly since it opened, the staff are always polite & helpful especially Debbie in the bakery always obliging, what a lovely lady.nJane is another lovely member of staff & goes the extra mile for you.
Ordered currency and collected it yesterday. The efficiency and customer service skills of Mark? We're 100% he was delightful, pleasant and a very uplifting person. He is a credit to M & S.
Popped in for light refreshment on Sunday 25th at 4.00. Staff seemed more intent on gossiping and tidying up to close at 5.00 than engaging with my wife, grandson and I.
Lovely store, foodhall is really nice, spotlessly clean, food very nice and tea was lovely, you get 2 cups from the pot. Staff serving were very good, its a little pricey but not complaining as it was so nice. There is an outdoor seating area overlooking the canal which will be lovely in summer.
Spent £6 and paid by contact less card, and its now showing on our online banking that £6 is taken out and minus £14 is pending, when we got to the serve yourself till the chap had to clear the screen as there was already other items on there before we even started, costly last visit that was
